IMPRESS Project – From innovative spreads to the food of the future

FINS brought fresh food innovation to the 67th International Fair of Technics and Technical Achievements in Belgrade as part of the Impress Horizon Europe Project.

We showcased our innovative spread prototypes developed from low-trophic and underused aquatic resources – and served up something new from our “innovation kitchen”: 3D-printed food.

Visitors had the chance to see how science, technology and creativity can come together to transform sustainable ingredients into entirely new food concepts.

The future of food is entering a new dimension, quite literally, in 3D.
