RESEARCH FIELD
Isolation, characterization and application of nutraceuticals. She is an expert in meat technology and certain parts of meat safety. Her research focus is on the creation of meat products with added value, their characterization, and the investigation of shelf life. Also, her research focuses on quality standardization and the protection of traditional food products.
