RESEARCH AREA: Products based on grain crops for human and animal nutrition. Implementation of different animal feed technologies as well as work experience on all devices that belong to the animal feed production (hammer mill, roller mill, mixers, conditioner, pellet press, single screw extruder, twin screw extruder, vacuum coater, dryer). Experience in testing of the homogeneity of different types of mixers, as well as in compiling different recipes for different categories of animal. He is currently working on his PhD thesis under the topic: „Influence of addition of soybean molasses to animal feed on the technological process of production and pellet quality”.

RESEARCH AREA: Products based on grain crops for human and animal nutrition. Examination of the chemical composition and biological activity of various plants and their products. Experience in working with several analytical methods, among which stand out: ion exchange chromatography (IEC), high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry (LC-MS), and assessment of antioxidant activity of extracts and secondary biomolecules from different plants. Participant in the Gut Friendly Carbs project within the Program IDEAS of the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia.

RESEARCH AREA: Isolation, characterization and application of nutraceuticals. Several years of working experience in the processed meat industry and the development of new products of animal origin. Also, as the leader of the HACCP team, he was involved in the process of managing quality standards according to Codex Alimentarius guidelines. He is currently a student of doctoral academic studies, Study Program: Food Engineering, at the Faculty of Technology, Novi Sad, University of Novi Sad. Focus on developing new products of animal origin with biologically active compounds and sensory analysis of food.
