RESEARCH AREA: Products based on grain crops for human and animal nutrition. Application of sourdough fermentation in cereal- and pseudocereal-based products, development of functional ceraeal- and pseudocereal-based products. Technological coordinator for grain and mill products, protein products, starch and starch products, cocoa products, chocolate, cream products, candy products and cocoa butter (FINSLab).
RESEARCH AREA: Food and feed safety. Microbiology of food products intended for humans and animals (microbiological safety analysis and food quality control). Biofilm phenomenon, pathogen control, and sanitation in the food industry. Utilization of food waste in the development of new microbiological media. Analyst in the microbiological laboratory within FINSLab.
RESEARCH AREA: Bezbednost hrane i hrane za životinje. Bezbednost hrane i hrane za životinje, sa posebnim fokusom na hemijske kontaminente mikotoksine: razvoj, optimizacija i validacija analitičkih metoda (HPLC-MS/MS) i razvoj zelenih ekstrakcionih tehnika za određivanje sadržaja hemijskih kontaminenata.
RESEARCH AREA: Products based on grain crops for human and animal nutrition. Implementation of different animal feed technologies as well as work experience on all devices that belong to the animal feed production (hammer mill, roller mill, mixers, conditioner, pellet press, single screw extruder, twin screw extruder, vacuum coater, dryer). Experience in testing of the homogeneity of different types of mixers, as well as in compiling different recipes for different categories of animal. He is currently working on his PhD thesis under the topic: „Influence of addition of soybean molasses to animal feed on the technological process of production and pellet quality”.
