CROPDIVA H2020- presentation from the 8th International Conference „Sustainable Postharvest and Food Technologies“ (INOPTEP 2023)

We are happy to announce that the work of the H2020CROPDIVA team from FINS regarding the development of functional spread based on faba bean seeds resulted in an interesting publication that was presented at the 8th International Conference „Sustainable Postharvest and Food Technologies“ (INOPTEP 2023). The main focus of this work was to evaluate the potential of faba bean for the production of plant-based spreads as an alternative to classical meat/liver pâté through the characterization of the obtained spreads from a nutritional and sensory point of view.
