Tim za senzorsku analizu FINS-a, na čelu sa dr Mladenkom Pestorić i dr Draganom Ubiparip, uspešno je realizovao obuku testiranje zaposlenih iz kompanije Knjaz Miloš. Tokom obuke, učesnici su prošli testiranje čula i upoznali se sa osnovnim načelima i principima senzorske analize hrane, kao i primeni brzih metoda senzorskog profilisanja (Sorting and Sensory Polarised Positioning (PSP)), kroz praktične primere, koje mogu koristiti za senzorsku ocenu mineralne vode. Ova obuka je još jedan korak ka primeni naučnih metoda u industriji, unapređenju veština zaposlenih i osiguravanju visokog kvaliteta proizvoda.

📢 Collaboration between science and industry: Introduction lecture on sensory analysis and employee sensory testing from the company Knjaz Miloš
The sensory analysis team of FINS, led by Dr Mladenka Pestorić and Dr Dragana Ubiparip, successfully conducted training for employee testing from the company Knjaz Miloš. During the training, participants underwent sensory testing and were introduced to the basic principles and concepts of sensory food analysis, as well as the application of rapid sensory profiling methods (Sorting and Sensory Polarized Positioning (PSP)), through practical examples that can be used for sensory evaluation of mineral water.
This training marks another step toward applying scientific methods in industry, enhancing employee skills, and ensuring high product quality.
