CROPDIVA project- Workshop „Prepare Your Own Bread“

Exciting news from the H2020Cropdiva project! On May 22nd, the Centre for the Promotion of Science, in collaboration with the FINS team, hosted an engaging workshop that brought the science of sourdough bread preparation using underutilized crops to a wider audience.

Alongside enlightening discussions, attendees enjoyed a hands-on training session titled „Prepare Your Own Bread,“ where they experienced the practical aspects of baking with diverse crops.
