EIT Food CEL 2025 – Consumer Engagement Labs: FINS & STRECO 021 workshop

Na drugoj radionici za razvoj novog prehrambenog proizvoda u okviru projekta EIT Food CEL 2025 – Consumer Engagement Labs, u saradnji sa kompanijom STRECO 021, kreatorima brenda RELOAD Energy Drinks, fokusirali smo se na razumevanje ciljne grupe potrošača. Razgovarali smo o njihovim životnim stilovima, potrebama i motivima koji bi mogli uticati na prihvatanje novog proizvoda koji zajednički osmišljavamo. 👤💬

Verujemo da su upravo ovakvi projekti, gde nauka, industrija i građani rade zajedno, ključ za razvoj inovativnih i funkcionalnih prehrambenih proizvoda budućnosti. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

📌 Ovaj projekat je podržan od strane EIT Food, su-finansiran od strane Evropske unije, a koristi se proverena metodologija Univerziteta u Varšavi, zasnovana na aktivnom uključivanju krajnjih korisnika.

 

During our second workshop, for the development of a new food product as part of the EIT Food CEL 2025 – Consumer Engagement Labs project, in collaboration with STRECO 021, the creators of the RELOAD Energy Drinks brand we focused on understanding the target consumer group. We discussedtheir lifestyles, needs, and motivations that could influence the acceptance of the new product we are co-developing. 👤💬

We believe that projects like this – where science, industry, and citizens work hand in hand – are key to developing innovative and functional food products of the future. 👨👩👧👦
