🌿 Our colleague Dr Milica Pojić successfully presented the results of the IMPRESS project at the IUFoST Congress 2024, focusing on seaweed, consumer acceptance, and bioactive compounds thereof. Colleagues from the IMPRESS coordinating institution, TEAGASC, along with the project coordinator Dr Brijesh Tiwari, also participated, showcasing research on valorization of fish industry by-products and obtaining high-value ingredients.
