IMPRESS Project- How to turn an innovative idea into a sustainable business model?

Today, as part of Days of BEST 2025 event, our colleague Dr Dragana Ubiparip will deliver a lecture and interactive workshop for selected students on transforming innovative ideas into sustainable business models. Inspired by the Impress Horizon Europe Project – whose mission includes empowering and educating young people in food innovation – this session will introduce the Business Model Canvas and guide participants through practical team tasks that link creativity with strategic thinking in developing innovative food products.
