IMPRESS Project – New fish feed formulations

Europe aims to reduce the use of imported soybean proteins and unsustainable fishmeal in aquaculture feed. Therefore, within the IMPRESS project, we are developing new fish feed formulations – with a small but important twist – aquatic plants as alternative protein sources for fish feed.
