IMPRESS Project – Workshop

Our colleagues Dr Dragana Ubiparip and Miloš Županjac prepared and delivered an interactive workshop for students focused on developing innovative and sustainable business models. Low-trophic species–based spreads currently being developed within the IMPRESS project were used as a case study for the Business Model Canvas, generating strong student engagement and highlighting the importance of educating young consumers for more sustainable food systems.
