Obuka za senzorsku ocenu 𝘈𝘳𝘪𝘭𝘫𝘴𝘬𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦 u udruženju Ariljska malina

U okviru projekta ALLIANCE EU, FINS je organizovao obuku za senzorsku ocenu 𝘈𝘳𝘪𝘭𝘫𝘴𝘬𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦 u udruženju Ariljska malina.

Učesnici su prošli kroz jednodnevnu obuku koja je obuhvatila osnovna senzorska svojstva zamrznute maline, metodologiju senzorske ocene ovog proizvoda, kao i primenu metode ocene 𝘙𝘢𝘵𝘦-𝘈𝘭𝘭-𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵-𝘈𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘺 (RATA). Obuka je uključivala i praktičan trening, kao i senzorsku ocenu na odabranim uzorcima 𝘈𝘳𝘪𝘭𝘫𝘴𝘬𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦, u cilju dodatnog podržavanja procesa zaštite geografskog porekla maline i smanjenja postojećih prevara na tržištu.

As part of the ALLIANCE EU project, Institute of Food Technology – FINS organized a training session for the sensory evaluation of 𝘈𝘳𝘪𝘭𝘫𝘦 𝘳𝘢𝘴𝘱𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘳𝘺 at the Arilje Raspberry Association.

Participants attended a one-day training that covered the basic sensory properties of frozen raspberries, the methodology of sensory evaluation, and the application of the 𝘙𝘢𝘵𝘦-𝘈𝘭𝘭-𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵-𝘈𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘺 (RATA) method. The training included practical exercises and sensory evaluation of selected 𝘈𝘳𝘪𝘭𝘫𝘦 𝘳𝘢𝘴𝘱𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘳𝘺 samples, aiming to further support the protection of the geographical indication of 𝘈𝘳𝘪𝘭𝘫𝘦 𝘳𝘢𝘴𝘱𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴 and reduce existing fraud in the market.
