At FINS, in collaboration with the company BIO VITA, functional eggs enriched with omega-3 (DHA & EPA) were evaluated using modern, fast sensory assessment methods. These approaches allow efficient profiling and differentiation of samples, identification of top-quality formulations, and reliable insights into consumer acceptance, meeting the industry’s need for rapid quality evaluation.
