The study visit of researchers from FINS in order to implement the tasks of the bilateral cooperation project entitled DEVELOPMENT OF NOVEL FUNCTIONAL NON-DAIRY BEVERAGES

The study visit of researchers from FINS was organized in the period from November 7 to 12, 2022, in order to implement the tasks of the bilateral cooperation project entitled DEVELOPMENT OF NOVEL FUNCTIONAL NON-DAIRY BEVERAGES in cooperation with the Federal College and Research Institute for Viticulture and Pomology, Klosterneuburg in Austria. During the stay, a visit to laboratories, pilot plants, as well as meetings about work packages with representatives of various departments within the Institute, as well as with representatives of the industry dealing with the production of juices (from the largest producers in the region – Gruber’s Fruchtsaft) were organized.
