Within the Impress Horizon Europe Project, an open collaboration was established with the Horizon Europe EINSTEIN project during the Future Food and Health event, held at the Science and Technology Park Novi Sad.
As part of this open collaboration, the IMPRESS project contributed two educational sessions for PhD students from the University of Novi Sad and Wageningen University:
🌿 Low-trophic species as alternative resources for health-promoting food ingredients
Participative approaches in new product development using low-trophic species
It was a great opportunity to exchange ideas on sustainable food ingredients, innovation and co-creation – and to show how projects can create value when they connect. 💚
